3.4.1.1: In some organisations it requires courage to say what the statement says: that there are alternatives to the organisation, and even attractive ones. If it is difficult to have a open discussion about this matter, the organisational culture is maybe one of the reasons why other alternatives are considered more attractive. Your target should in this case be the culture of the organisation.
