7.1.4.1: Why want people to be decisive in matters regarding the client group? Explained on the superficial level they only want the best for their group. One level deeper they want to be seen as the ones who really care for the client, who really understand them and who fight for their interests, even against fellow members of the organisation. On a dynamic level it may happen that those people have lost their serving attitude by identifying completely with the client group. Their behaviour is certainly highly involved, but it lacks the distance needed to serve well.
