9.3.1.1: The normal situation in an organisation is that people want to agree. To that end they give and take. The first question to answer is: why don't they? What do they achieve by articulating their interest so that no match is possible with other interests? A second angle to explore is that disagreeing at a practical level sometimes reveals disagreeing at a deeper level. Maybe there is an underlying conflict of interests or identity. Maybe some members of the organisation have developed own ideas regarding output, working methods or whatsoever.
